BEST ENJOYED WITH...
Because of its mild flavour - you can enjoy Table cheeses on their own as a (c)hunk of cheese, or it can be elevated with freshly sliced apple, fresh fruit, quince paste or jam.
MATCH MADE IN...
We suggest pairing table cheese with a hoppy beer like pale ale. Or, try a pinot gris or other white wine that has a blush of fruit to it. This will compliment the mild flavour while not overpowering your palate.
Check our serving suggestions on our cheeses for accurate pairing recommendations.
